My 2004 Arc has started to have same intermittent ABS and TCS warning lights in dash. I have a Tech 2 clone and two fault codes revealed are loss of communication to left and rear wheels. There is a speed sensor at each of these wheels and can go faulty, but like my 1999 9-5, the same symptoms lead to a certain paired wiring junction along the driver side door sill under the carpet. There are 2 sets of wires that come from the front and continue with crimped connectors to wiring at those rear wheel sensors. I've lost the exact repair write up, but something like slitting open the rubber jackets encasing the crimps and replacing with soldered jumper wire and sealing all back up again with heat shrink tubing. Place the tubing past each end of the front and rear wires, solder in the jumper and then locate the shrink tube over the soldered joint and heat to shrink. Can do with old fashioned electrical tape too. will try myself on my 2004 and report back.
