There is a holy trinity of things that cause Saabs to return to the dealer on a wrecker. The DI casette, The fuel pump and the Battery. I change about 3 batteries a day and as a dealership we change in the neighborhood of 40 a week.
As for your ACC panel showing a zero: Somehow you managed to get it in calibrate. It was moving all the controls from lock to lock so it could figure out where everything is. This could be related to the battery voltage dropping when you started it.
