at all costs if you can! Those guys have no business under the hood of a car. I've heard too many stories (nightmares) about those places. One happened to me, I had an Isuzu Rodeo, needed an oil change soon. Sudden family emergency, needed to drive from NC to OH. Wanted to change oil before trip,so, off to J-Lube on the way out of town. Car took 5.7 quarts (I remember this for some reason) of oil. J-Team guy puts in oil, starts engine, then they check the dipstick (which is wrong procedure IMO). Anyway, I walk up, the guys eyes are as big as saucers looking at the dipstick with no oil on it. "How much oil did you put in it?" I asked, shutting off the engine. "Four quarts, like the book says," the guy answered. "Takes 5.7 quarts with a filter change, check the book again". It was a new redesigned engine. Sigh. No damage, sold the car with 120k on it still strong as ever, just a lesson on who not to use.
