Having leased multiple times -- you will almost certainly have to replace the tires. Windshield -- they'll ding you for that, too -- unless you can get it fixed (some of the glass places do a teriffic job).
If the door dings are "normal" parking lot stuff -- may or may not get away with it. Try a paintless dent removal service -- for just a few bucks they can likely get them out. Bumper scratches - if its only cosmetic, may get away with it.
In general -- if you spend the time to replace the tires, fix/replace the windshield, and do a thorough detail job -- so the car looks good -- you'll be ahead.
Now - that said -- if you lease another car through the same lease company (is it a Saab lease or other finance co?) -- you may get a break on some things.
Also -- my last lease the finance company, NOT the dealer, sent an inspector out to look at the car -- in that case, of course, the dealer can't make you any kind of "deal".
Good luck --
Pete
