Get a piece of 2x4 about 6 inches long and drill a small hole the size of a coathanger in the center. Take a wire coat hanger, cut the top off, and insert one end in the 2x4. Bend the hanger into an inverted "L". Jack up one wheel at a time (your fronts probably) so the tire is off the ground. Place the 2x4 so the edge of the hanger just barely touches the outside edge of the rim, back it off 1/8 inch, and slowly spin the tire. This will show you if you have a bent rim. Next, place the horizontal part of the hanger against the tread and back it out 1/8 inch and spin the tire. If there is an out of round condition you will see it. This is a cheap and easy test that works every time. Let us know what happens. (PS Use wheel chocks and safety stuff as always)
