My '00 wagon is the same color combo, and I have the charcoal cargo mat set installed; looks and works very well.
If the interior does get dirty (inevitable w/kids) I've had success w/Tuff Stuff aerosol. Removes dirt from carpets, and black scuff marks from PLASTIC door and kick panels. Also leaves a soft shine to vinyl surfaces. My wood dash is shiny, and it is very effective on it as well. Have not used on leather as vinyl and leather care products are not interchangeable. Enjoy the car!
