The three "must have" accessories I got for my wagon were in the order they come to my head:

1. Rubber mat for the cargo area- keeps everything dry and clean although you can't use the sliding floor when its in (if you have the sliding floor)
Its pretty easy to install, simply put it in the cargo area.
I got mine for 120 bucks Canadian.

2. Retractable cargo net for the cargo area- this mounts to the rear of the larger portion of the back seat at the upper edge and spans the width of the interior. It extends from the top of the seat to the roof, where it connects to a bezel on either side. The neat thing about this accessory is that it will also work with the seats folded down, extending to the roof just behind the front seats. When you're not using it, it retracts into a black case on the back of the seat. The net does not affect the usage of the hard cargo cover. If you frequently carry things in the back which may be hard to secure using the cargo tracks this is an absolute must. All of the safety features built into your Saab are useless if you get hit in the back of the head with a can of beans or similar projectile. This is also a handy tool for keeping your dog (or cat) in the back. The alternative to this is a steel mesh guard which is cheaper, but cannot be used with the seats folded down.
Another easy install on this one- As long as you're comfortable taking the back off of the seat and cutting holes for the mounting brackets. Once you take the cover off the screw holes for the brackets are already there you just have to cut out the cover to allow the brackets to mount. The cover has an outline moulded into the back of it to ensure you cut your hole in the correct location. If need be, the entire unit can be removed leaving only 2 inconspicuous brackets visible (It looks like it was installed at the factory when its done)
This isn't cheap- $580 Canadian

3. Cross bars for the roof rack- these can be used with bike carriers, cargo boxes or any other large object you may want to haul.
They're easy to put on and take off.
Mine were about $130 bucks

Of course, as you've discovered already you'll also want another set of floor mats as you have the beige interior.

Good luck with your new Saab. I hope you enjoy your wagon as much as I enjoy mine!
