Windshield washer reservoir: Leak or overflow?

I've had my Aero for a month now. After the first night in the garage, I discovered about a quart of blue fluid on the garage floor. I now place a small bucket in front of the front driver side tire to capture the fluid. It seems leak/overflow much more after I refill the reservoir.
Is it normal to have this much overflow or do I have a leak?
