It is definatly a DIY job in fact all you need is a pair of pliers to remove the clamp on the line. The clips on the passenger side can be a little tricky but if you just barely push in the center about 1/8" until you feel it click you shoud be able to pop them out. To put them back in you will have to push the center of the clip out a little until the clip is small enough to put back in the holes. The big thing to remember is to be gentle with the carpet because it rips easily. Do the driver's side first then go to the passenger's side.
