3 weeks with the new Aero!

I've been a quiet bystander for the past two years on the 9-3 board, and just migrated to a 9-5 Aero - LOVE it! I'm at 1700 miles, so I'm starting to open her up a bit on the highway.... Had a nice trip from Michigan to Pennsylvania for Labor Day, and saw 110 at times. 100mph=3400rpm, so that's not too bad. Engine has smoothed out nicely at idle now, too.
Anyway, two problems so far:
1. About 3 seconds after start-up, there are a series of "clicks" - 3 of them. I'm assuming this is a solenoid, etc. Almost sounds like a relay clicking on, but a little louder, and there are three clicks. Anybody else have this?
2. The sunroof is catching on a fastener when I slide it open. The fastener holds the rear mount of the wind deflector, and it's loose and sticking up. If I continue to open and close the sunroof, it will break the fastener (plastic). I'm afraid to tell the dealer about this, as they will no doubt scratch the roof and/or screw up the headliner trying to fix it. Am I alone here? I'm thinking of trying to operate myself, or file the plastic piece down so it doesn't catch anymore.
Thanks, and I really enjoy reading the boards!
