The pad is removed by taking a very thin blade type tool and inserting between the bottom of the black fasteners and the pad and pulling each fastener out. The problem you have is not a broken hose or the actual nozzles, but is the small one way check valves that are located under the nozzles. These valves maintain the fluid level at the base of the nozzles so when you sqirt them, they respond right away. Early cars had a higher than normal failure rate, and the newer valves you should get are blue in color, as opposed to the gray ones you will remove from your car. You will need some nylon tie wraps to secure the new ones in place.
Good luck
