Not sure I follow you exactly?
I'll list all the scenarios the way it's programmed now:
If the car is unlocked (driver's door, or all four)
-inserting the key and turning clockwise locks all four doors & arms alarm
-alternately, pressing the LOCK button on the remote does the same thing
If the car is locked/alarm armed,
-inserting the key and turning counter-clockwise unlocks the driver's door and disarms the alarm; turning c-clockwise again unlocks the other 3
-pressing the UNLOCK button on the remote unlocks all four doors simultaneously and disarms the alarm.
Getting in the car, and driving off: all doors lock at approx 5 mph.
Pressing the unlock switch next to the shifter (once) unlocks the driver's door; press it a second time, and the other three unlock.
Shutting off the car, and then pulling the ignition key out unlocks the driver's door only--this is what I want changed, I want all the doors to unlock when the ignition key is removed. Doesn't bother me if this affects the operation of the switch next to the shifter.
The reason I'm asking for the specific Tech II programming sequence is because one of the techs at the dealer was claiming that what I'm asking can't be done, but others have posted that theirs have been programmed as such. Seems that the service department isn't aware of all the programming options available.
When I first requested programming before new car delivery, I included the location of the item that kills the "shift up" light. Thanks very much to the person who posted it (BTW, that option is under the "Engine Trionic" menu), other dealers have claimed that this light can't be disabled, but armed with that tiny tidbit of information, my dealer was able to kill that annoying light before I even took delivery of the car! Kudos...
Thanks,
Jason

ps- I commented to SAAB (in the new owner survey) about this, that they should make owners aware of the various programming options available; this would add to further enjoyment of the car!
