I've had mine up to 144 indicated on a deserted stretch in Wyoming, I think it had a little more to go. Car was incredibly stable. My Garmin GPS recorded 141 so I guess the speedo might have been a little off. Bear in mind the altitude was over 6,000 feet so I don't doubt Saab's claim of 146 as top speed for the '99 V6.
