After the first visit to the dealer, in which he told you it was your gas----did you change gas stations? If you did change stations, did the problem resolve itself?
And now the problem has returned ? Or is it ongoing ?
There have been large/huge gasoline issues all summer and fall here in the Midwest. At the SOC, in August in Cincinnati for example, a car was driven in from Colorado--had a run problem. SAAB technicians were all over this car. NO codes were present in the Tech 2 scan. Last station fill up was in Mid-Indiana. This SAAB owner (also a dealer owner) went to the local Mobil station and filled up with 8-9 gals. of 93 octane---sent his wife shopping and the second day, the problems he originally had left. Go figure.
Here in Michigan, fuel (which comes out of Ill./Indiana primarily has driven the local dealership wild with similar complaints.
Do no merely dismiss fuel as a cause. Try the techron in your next tank (from a different gas station than you typically use) and see for yourself.
