An automatic 3.0t will be easier to launch more quickly from a traffic light compared to a manual Aero. That is, if you like to drive your manual transmission-equipped car smoothly. If you don't care about driving smoothly, the stick Aero will be faster. I think an automatic Aero will be quicker than the automatic 3.0t from a stop light, because it has stronger torque at a lower rpm (258 ft-lb at 1800 rpm), *and* more overall horsepower.
Put it this way, an automatic 3.0t is more for luxury, while an Aero is more for sport. Both excellent cars, but different flavors...
