You've got a case of aluminum corrosion binding the wheel to the hub. Good call on not forcing the wheel with just the OE jack. If possible find a jackstand (or use a log) to support the car on the unibody. Make darn sure your support is stable and the car does not rock. Then you'll probably need to get a hefty hammer and a block of wood (to protect the rim) and pound from the backside outward. If nothing else, take the car to your closest garage and just have them loosen the wheels.
When you switch wheels, hit the hub with antiseize compound or wheel bearing grease to keep this from happening again. See last Wednesday's discussion on greasing the hubs (link, below).
