I do not think that there is a PCV valve

There is an orifice in the TB to draw off crankcase gasses when the throttle is closed or not open very much. There is a one way valve to stop boost pressure, on turbo engines, from flowing the other way and pressurizing the crankcase. The older engines had one fitting in the valve cover which went to the TB via the check valve with small hose, and larger hose/pipe to the intake to vent gases upstream of the turbo compressor. With my 03-95AeroSW I see that there is still the larger connection to the valve cover, but there is now a larger hose to the crankcase which comes up, and that gets ducted to the TB orifice. This will allow the gases in the crank to be purged, something the older engines did not have.
Drilling out... so this is been done because oil is blowing out the rear crank seal because of pressure? That does not make sense, as large volumes of blow by gasses are only generated at WOT and the large vent pipe is designed to handle that flow, and the TB orifice draws little or no gasses at WOT, depending on whether it is a turbo engine or not. Perhaps part of the issue is the orifice in the TB getting fouled up? The orifice as seen from the inside of my 95SET looked quite small.
So there is also a restriction in the valve cover that is getting drilled out as well?
