at the factory or the Retired military option. The cost looks about the same when you figure in travel and lodging, etc.. I am retired USAF SMSgtplanning on a 2004 9-3SS Arc late in 2003. The other thing I know about these deliveries is that options are not discounted at 5 or 9% for example, they are given at dealer cost from what I am to understand.
