One last point about torque wrenches, along the lines of what John Davies said, is that on your wheels, you might only need + or - 10 % accuracy, and the important thing with wheels is to have the torque uniform on all of the wheel bolts. I got a fairly cheap auto parts store down and dirty wirench just to keep in the car for emergency wheel changes, and for the possible summer to winter changeover if my regular shop is busy. $26 dollars, and it is about 5% accurate at 75 lb.ft( had it checked). CLose enough for government work.
If you do a lot of other mechanical work, invest in a good wrench, which will set you back about $150-200. If you are only doing wheels and oil drain plugs, an inexpensive wrench will do just fine.
