Tire wear

Ran the inside edges of my last set of tires fast (30K miles), the problem is that the tire place says its the shocks, but they don't fell bad to me. The car isn't sloppy in turns and doesn't flutter or get multiply rebounds from bumps. The car was aligned last year, don't remember if anything needed adjusted. Both front and rear wore the inside edge but the rears eats them faster, I was running 225 but switched back to 215's. The car runs/drives great but I think the tires would last a lot longer (the outside edge didn't have much wear) if I could get even wear from the tires.
Heres my question, has anyone had any luck with reducing the camber of the rear wheels? I know that there is not an adjustment, and some neg camber is spec, but does the camber increase/decrease and the toe is changed.
If I do need new shocks Boge or Koni?
Thanks,
Joe
