I've been looking at a 2000 9-5 SE V6 and took it for a second, more extensive test drive Sunday and discovered the same problem, a fairly significant vibration @ 70-75mph. Took the car to a tire place and had the fronts re-balanced. Much improved but the vibration was still detectable. It has a new set of the Michelin Energy MXV? Plus's. Dealer say's the balancing equipment only goes up to 65mph so they wouldn't detect any problems beyond that.?. Is it safe to assume the problem is with the tires, not the front end and can be resolved inexpensively?? I'm new to the Saab world and wanted to make sure this is not an inherent (and expensive)problem with the 9-5 itself?? While I'm here, car is in great condition, 34k, asking $19,900. Good, Bad or no great deal?
