Use your fake ID when you sign up for the loaner, you know the one you use to get your booze? Perhaps if you show them a copy of your insurance policy and prove to them that you're covered they'll rethink the loaner.

What about Mom and Dad? An older friend? You could call in a favour and ask someone else to take your car in for you. You could pick it up yourself- what are they gonna do at that point?

What does the Denver dealership say when you tell them about the loaner you got at the Boulder dealership. "You know, I really like the service I get here, but I need a car during the day and I can get a loaner at the Boulder dealership" I'm assuming they want your business.
