Whenever I wash my car (as often as the weather permits), I do the underside first. I too, have found a lot of sand under the rear spoiler, particularly on the sides behind the wheels. Same place as my old 9000. Do you have the Saab Gislaveds? Mine seem to kick a lot of stones up into the wheelwells as I am driving. It can be a bit disconcerting at times. At least they are easier to clean than the 10 spokes. We are in a deep freeze for the foreseeable future, so I'm glad my car is relatively clean at the moment!
