waddya want to know? I have a 9-3 and a 9-5 (99 and 01) so I think I could help. Very similar as far as oil changes go, 13mm drain plug, the filter is the same size, same copper ring, etc. Check the manual for quantities, but I'm pretty sure they even take the same amount of oil, event tho the 9-5 is a 2.3L (4cyl right?) and the 9-3 is a 2.0L. Air filter in the 9-5 is (IMO) in a terrible location, in front of the front right (passenger) side wheel kind of stuck beneath the bumper skirt. The 9-3 air filter location makes much more sense to me. Much easier to get to. Same fuel filter. No IAC in the 9-5, at least not a separate one like the 9-3. If I can answer a specific question let me know and I'll try. The 9-5 is a baby compared to the 9-3, don't get me wrong, they are both great cars, but the 9-5 is oozing luxury and quiet, the 9-3 a little more raw and unrefined, in a good way :-)..
