Don't take this the wrong way, but it seems you are making a much more complicated issue out of some pretty simple stuff. Those items that are under the manufacturer's warranty will be taken care of by the dealer.Muffler? Is it rusted through? If so, it is warranty.Even if it is not completely through, most dealers will take care of it as they know it is a weak spot in the exhaust system. Oil leak? NO brainer. If it leaks, it shouldn't! No questions asked. Struts? That's a tricky one. What specifically is bad about them? Are they worn and not providing a new car ride? If so,that might not come under the termsof defects in materials and workmanship. Leaking fluid? That's a different story, because they should not leak. Also, that might be a subjective opinion of your independent shop based on what criteria he/she might use in suggesting replacement. The dealer may or may not agree with that decision.
The speaker? Ifit acts perfectly while the car is a the dealer, they might not find the trouble,so make sure YOU go on test drive with the tech who will work on it,not the service advisor. Make sure the tech listens to the problem and confirms it. Intermittant anything is tough to troubleshoot.
This should not be that tough to have a dealer take care of,provided you do it NOW, and make sure you document the problems. Good Luck
