Your driving reports and the alignement reports seem to indicate an intermittant problem. I am wondering is there is a flakey bishing or something loose.
Was the alignment actually checked. The 2002+ production has separate strut tubes and alloy hubs with connect with two large clamp bolts. This joint is adustable and that is how camber is set. It sounds like there could be something loose there which causes cross-camber to come and go. The subframe bolts might also be loose. These are meant to be retorqued at your 1000 visit to the dealer. Movement here would lead to your observations. The rear end could be doing this too, but I have not spent enough quality time under there to know enough to speculate.
Check all fasteners for the sustpention and subframe. I would also check the steering rack fasterners to.
Excessive tire pressures can cause some issues with steering with the Aero's.
