If thats the cost of the part(s?) then I guess all you can do about that is call around and see if someone else has a better deal on the parts. I'm not familiar with the valvetrain on the V6, but isn't there only one tensioner? I worked for a company for a few years designing timing drive tensioners incidentally- I don't think we did anything for Saab though, I was doing mostly VW and Audi stuff at the time. We'd sell our tensioners to VW for about 8-9 bucks, so that works out to 80-90 at the dealer end of things. Maybe try one of the site sponsors for a better deal on the parts.
So... why is it one hour labour to change the tensioner if they're changing the belt anyways? When they change the belt, they'll have to dial in the tensioner anyways which is the bulk of the work. Unless Saab has some strange design, besides that it should just be a matter of removing one bolt! (perhaps more if the tensioner is mounted on some sort of bracket- but definitely not more than a few minutes work not including adjusting)
