My gauge reads about the same for winter (about 1/3 in normal zone) but on warmer days (today SID @ 52degrees outside)in stopped traffic, it will be over the 1/2 or horizontal mark; maybe 1/2-2/3rd in normal zone. It isn't that high if I'm moving along, and it seems to register accurately, since I've had the opportunity to watch an overheating cycle closely in 5 degree weather when I had the idler pulley go!
Looking at the numbers, it WOULD seem that 99 degrees would be a center point, but I'm suffering from CRS. I THINK that the Tech II wouldn't let me go to that point for both the upper and lower readings, so I opted for continuity instead, rather than have a dead zone.
I COULD BE COMPLETELY INCORRECT and listening to the little voices again, too. But I think that's the excuse I'll stick with for now!
