I'm looking at this one right now - at a 9-5 Linear wagon with A/T:

MSRP 37,095

GMSuppliers price 34,926
Minus rebate 4,000
Minus GM-loyalty 1,000
------
total 29,926

Basically, you knock about 4-500 off of invoice, then deduct all the rebates - that's the GM suppliers discount. Have done this for many Chevy's and pontiacs over the years (work for compaq/hp) - works like a charm - only glitch is if you have a trade, then you don't get a lot for that, so to maximize it should be a straight no-trade deal (if you can do that).

fyi - this price is about 900 better than a corresponding carsdirect.com price, according to my figuring...
