I installed a set of Dunlop SP Sport FM901's on my 1999 9-3, size 205/50VR16 . They were certainly a better tire then the stock Michelin Pilot HX's but they were getting noiser all the time until I returned the car at end of lease with about 4000 km's on the tires. I think that performance and quiet ride are somewhat mutually exclusive. That said I am seriously considering putting the FM901's on my 2002 9-5 to replace the stock 215/55VR16 Michelin's, which I really do not like. Survey reviews of the FM901's seem to be very bi-polar, they either love them ot hate them.
