That incident is pilot error, nothing else. many of us have driven across ice without having an accident, and if her firend had been under control of the car instead of just blaming the conditions, his car might be intact. Just wondering why you want to "hang the tail out" Is that something that occurs in safe responsible and legal street driving? I didn't think so.Sounds more like a technique/style that is associated with racing and rallying, neither of which a Saab was designed to do. I found absolutely no need or desire to disable my TCS/ESP on my 02 Aero this winter, while driving through some of the worst conditions we have had in New England in years.
