You remove the indexing screw first, then the outer claliper and pads. Then the main bolts ant lift the caliper while releasing the plastic clips that hold the steel brake line. The rotor will come right off if you have never adjusted the p-brake mecahnism. You need to clean up the p-brake mechanism a bit and use a brake lub on the sliding points etc. You need to also lub the rased pads where the edges of the shoe backing plates slide. If you have not adjusted the p-brake then my expectationsa and experience are that when you install a new rotor, no adjustment is then required. If the p-brake has started to stick from lack of lubrication, then the shoes will wear. If things are properly lubricated, there will never be any wear. If the brake cables get rust bound in their outer sleeves, that can cause wear and damage too.
