missing lubricant on the rubber front sway-bar bushings. This happened to me this winter with my '00 lpt, first winter with the noise. Nothing is wrong with the car, just the factory applied lubricant has worn out/washed out over time.

With such low mileage your Dealer should be willing to lubricate the rubber bushing during the next free service since they are supposed to inspect brakes/rotate tires anyway. With the wheel already off the extra work is minimal - and the noise shouldn't be present in such a new car.
