Where we got ours, you sign off on a loaner car agreement.
Basically, they outline the shuttle service, and the loaners. You get one, if previously requested. If they are out of Saabs, they move onto VW, then on to Enterprise. When I got my 30 day done, Maria at the counter says ".. my god, I'm out of Saabs. Either you can take a Golf, or we will rent you something suitable from Enterprise or Budget, to your liking". I took the Golf (not to be a PITA) but I wonder what I could've gotten?
