If you feel you absolutely know the answer, or have had it explained by someone who is certain he does know. I have been having vibration trouble at mostly 65 and above, and have new tires freshly balanced etc. Why wold the rotors cause a vibration when the brakes are not applied? I do have some moderate pulsaton when the brakes are applied on my car.
