My Aero wagon is going back tomorrow, 5/1. :(

I put the CD Changer in after leasing the car, so I had it uninstalled yesterday. They told me it would be less than around 1 hour, ~$70. When I got there, though, the service writer came into the lounge and told me he had made a mistake and that the tech was telling him it was harder to install/remove the changer in the wagons because you have to remove a whole trim piece. Now, it's 1.5 hours, ~$135. He was really nice about it and obviously felt bad about the mistake. When I picked the car up, he had knocked $10 off the bill--not a lot, but I really appreciated it.

So, the question is: I told them I wanted the CD Changer properly divorced from the system and that I wanted the "divorce papers" as proof AND that I wanted all of the mounting brackets, etc.

What I got was the standard work ticket with a note put into the system (and displayed on the ticket) that it was divorced from the car. 1) Is that all I need to show it was properly divorced or is there some other documentation? It seems like enough to me.

When I got the changer back, there were bolts and washers sticking out of the four corners, but no other mounting hardware. 2) Is that all I'll need, or does the wagon require other hardware that should have been returned? I don't want to sell this to someone else and find out parts are missing.

Thanks in advance--any help you can provide today is greatly appreciated, as I need to get this resolved by the time the car goes back tomorrow!
