According to the web site, AMSOIL HD 5W30 (diesel) oil is the only AMsoil XW-30 meeting ACEA A3B3. But not to fear, Amsoil 10W40 does.
A3/B3 includes a High Temperature High Shear measurement of 3.7 cP or greater among the other properties. A5/B5 requires HTHS of (I believe) 3 or greater, but is otherwise identical. Most of the highest quality XW-30 oils are A5/B5. This is not to impune the quality of Amsoil products - they are among the veryu highest across the board! It's just to say that A3/B3 requires a heavier oil than, say A5/B5.
There are several oils on the market that meet A3/B3 specs, including many synthetic blends, such as Valvoline 10W40 synthetic blend, Castrol 10W40 synthetic blend, Shaeffer (Who?) 5W30 synthetic blend, and most XW40 and XW50 full synthetic oils.
I have not yet seen a conventional oil that meets A3/B3.
