We have had the cargo guard in our wagon for about 2 1/2 years now, with very little time without it. Since we also have a 9-5 sedan, seeing it through the mirror is the only way I know we are in the wagon vs the sedan. I have to tighten the connectors every once in a while because of rattles, but the main reason we bought it was the cargo divider. Since we had one dog at the time, having the ability to put luggage in the back on the other side was a big deal to us. Now we have two dogs, and the divider has been in the basement for the last year. I'm thinking about switching to the net because of the utility of having it work with the seatbacks down. Our dogs don't chew, but I have heard many stories of dogs chewing on the net. It obviously doesn't happen with the fixed cargo guard. Getting it in and out is pretty easy, but not as easy as dropping the net down.
