as one who has rebuilt Auto Trannys and their valve bodies I would consider a look at your Tranny.
The AT valve body in most Borg Warners do have various Solonoids (Buzzing) when hung or dirty. Also there are some CHeck Ball Bearings which react to the degree of incline (HILLS).
Most people will have the tranny seviced by dropping the pan and changing the filter with about 6-7 qts of fluid. BUT.. what you what to do is a complete drain (with a Tranny pump/tool designed to move all the fluid out at the same pressure as the tranny's own pump(no ruptured seals) this voids the TRanny at about 18 qts. Not good to continually leave behind 11 dirty gummy qts, which could foul a solonoid or gum up a check ball which may be your problem.
Help a Certified SAAB Tranny tech by telling him your suspicions before he investigates.
Hey, But then maybe it's your Radio LOL
Good Luck
