I've got an '00 aero w/ 4spd auto, just got a loaner 9-5 arc wagon w/ 3.0T & 5spd auto yesterday when mine was in the its 30K. There is a definite delay in shifting compared w/ the 4spd, in both sport or normal modes. I think part of the problem, at least with the 3.0T was that the throttle response was delayed a bit? I actually expected less delay from the 6cyl than my 4cyl but found it to be reversed. The delay was not turbo lag, but something else. Almost like the drive-by-wire computer took a bit too long to determine what to do. Noticed this most when I was going 10-20 mpg, and wanted a moderate to hard acceleration to make a left turn in front of oncomming cars at a light!
