After 55,000 noisy miles, I tossed my OEM Michelins too. I replaced them with Yoko YK 420 225/50-16 tires. Nice tire, quiet, good grip, great treadwear index, but they do take a "set" overnight and are a little "lumpy" for the first mile until they warm up. The two that you are considering are reputed to be very good choices.
