Aero 17" Mishelin Pilot Tires Direction???

Over the winter, I removed the OEM Michelin Pilot 17" tires on my '02 Aero, labeled them, and installed 16" Nokian WRs. The Nokians are directional and they show it on the sidewalls with an arrow, so, you can distinguish right from left. Now, I'm ready to change the brake pads (EBCs) and put the Michelin Pilots back on for the summer.
The Michelins look like they should be directional by the tread pattern, but, I find nothing on the sidewall to tell me which direction they should roll. All 4 tires have the "slanted" tread pattern on the "inside" of the wheel, which is what I would expect, but, all 4 tires have the "slanted" pattern in the same direction. The slant runs from right-to-left (the slant tread begins in the middle of the tire and runs to the outside edge) on all tires if you look directly at the wheel/tire from the outside. If I put these wheels back on, it looks like the left side tires will have the slanted tread channels facing forward instead of rearward. What I'm trying to say is that it appears as if I have 4 "right-side" tires!
What am I missing here? Are these tires directional or not? Are these tires able to flip from right to left if they are NOT directional? I typically rotate tires front-to-back only and if they are directional, that's all I would do.
Thanks for any help.
