Interesting way to do it but I understand the reasons as you can do the rear bar yourself without much complication but the front bar would be much more difficult.

Ok, first the stiffness of a bar in torsion is related to the radius to the 4th power so it increases very quickly, a 10% increase in 'r' gives a 46% increase in stiffness, so things will happen much quicker than a visual inspection of the two bars might suggest.

Also note that different front and rear tire pressures can do a lot to balance handling, possibly enough to balance out the difference in sway bar you are proposing.

If I were going to do this, how would I go about it? Well first I would adjust the tire pressures to something like 45psi in the rear and oh about 40psi in the front, then I would install the Aero rear sway bar. When I was finished I would find a nice place to test out the handling where I wouldn't distroy something if the rear end took a trip. Then I would progressively lower the front tire pressure until I liked the handling, being careful not to go under the 32psi minimum recommend by Saab (at least for my '00 Aero, yours might be different). If I found good handling with the fronts over 32psi I would lower them to 32psi and adjust down the rears until I was happy. If I couldn't find a happy medium, I would go home and put the original bar back on until I could find the time or money to get the front bar changed at the same time.
