You've expressed the proper concern for the aftermarket phone antenna, and Saab won't be responsible for incidental leaks even though it's present when you bought the car. If it's the VW style antenna it's got a pretty good rubber gasket to seal it. I personally wouldn't worry as it's in a high position instead of someplace where water might collect.
You'll get some meager documentaion about the Certified warranty, but what's important that the car is listed in the Saab computer. The Certified warranty has one semi-important exclusion, audio equipment. Other than audio equipment, it's a bumper to bumper, zero deductible, factory warranty. So if the power steering leak gets worse you'll likely get that covered under the warranty. Battery is a wear item without coverage, but I agree, nothing to worry about.
I'd want to see 30k service documentation. Either the stamp in the book, or the record in the computer, or a rehash of what's supposed to have been done. A good mechanic can explain why he thinks a 30k was done if the documentation is lacking.
