Are some of the factors that affect the lease payment. None of these are really negotiable items, just choices. You didn't specify any of those in your post. Also are you GM Employee also called GMS with an authorization number, or GM Supplier with a "1753" form?
Using the Saab advertised lease of $389 for 48 months at 10k miles per year with $999 down for a stick, non metallic, no premuim package SportWagon with an MSRP of $35,720 - which of those items did you change? Most wagons are automatic $1,300, premium package $1,495, metallic paint $475 for a total of $3,270, which would ad about at least $50 a month to that. If you upped the mileage or reduced the term, even more of difference would occur.
GM discounts are a fixed price process. The price you pay is printed on the invoice and you must sign off that you saw the invoice. Residuals are a fixed percentage of the original MSRP.
