Yes, Saab has a plan also & I visited the Trollhatten delivery center (next to the museum). The Volvo center in Gothenberg is substantially nicer & right next to the production plant. The best price I could find for RT airfare to Gothenberg was $1500 (each). The Volvo deal includes two seats - making that deal about $2G better than Saab's
That said, I still would buy the Saab- I just like it more. It fits me, goes faster, seems smarter in many important interactions. Volvo appears to target a different crowd- saner, less turned on by the experience of driving.
I have test driven a 2003 & it is incrementally nicer than my 2000. I'm waiting until Saab shows a profit-I'm not interested in owning an orphan & the locals (Trollhatten & Gothenberg) seemed pessimistic
