I looked at the site. for the 2002 (2003 not there yet) they want $65 plus shipping for an original" remote (don't know if oem for 2002 was a spe. remote or an all-in-one) but the site says it must then be prgrammed by your local dealer (stands to reason because all the remotes/keys must be at the prgramming session together for the Tech 2 to work)
While a dealer who sells you the remote may program it as part of the sale (should, I think) I'd be surprised if they'd be so generous with someone else's stuff. The remote/key unit costs about $130, last time I asked, and the key alone (which has a chip and is the part necessary to assure you don't lose your last key and have to spend $1000 + for new security module)) is about $60. I'm not sure the Keyeless entry deal is a wise move, when you add at least 1/4 hour labor to the cost of prgoramming their remote at your dealer. I'd rather have the dealer be answerable for the unit.
An Ebay remote at a lwer cost might pay.
