Before I take my new Arc in for the 30-day service, I thought I would check with this board regarding the transmission. Getting underway from a stop, with the transmission button in sport mode, it sometimes makes me look like a teenager learning to drive a stick. I think the throttle "tip in" is a bit too aggressive. Is this something that can be re-programmed by the technician, and if so exactly what should I ask him to do?
