yes it's true, my car was at the dealer for some work and while out driving it, it was rear ended. they say the driver of my car was at a full and complete stop and that this woman who was apparently looking down just plowed into the back of my car. i just went to see it today...the trunk took a pretty hard hit. the estimates are due in today - this dealer doesn't do body work but they have 2 shops that they always use. i'm worried about owning this car now that's been in a crash say nothing of its value when it comes to sell the car. i've thought about trading the car (even deal) with one the dealer has on the lot...maybe one with fewer miles but otherwise just like mine (although i would want to keep my tires since i just bought them about 2 months ago). does this let the dealer "win"? thoughts on this situation...?
