If it is no longer under warranty, you'll have to diagnose the problem. I've found that placing a white sheet of paper under the car overnight, then noting where the oil drips occur helps to pinpoint the location of the leak. Use the white paper, then jack up the car and trace from the drip point up along the engine to find the leak.

There are numerous places the oil could leak from including the head, the turbo, the oil cooler, the oil filter, a crack in the oil pan, the balance shaft caps, the crankshaft pulley seal, etc., etc., so you have to diagnose it.
